40 year veteran lawman, Sherwood Holmes, has announced his candidacy for Collin County Sheriff. The 26 year McKinney Police Sergeant has devoted his career to keeping our community safe and wants to take his experience to the Sheriff's office.  

Married to his wife for 30 years, they share three children together and enjoy serving their church on Sunday mornings. As our next Collin County Sheriff, Sgt. Holmes will work to reduce crime, continue to build trust between law enforcement and the community, and uphold our Collin County values.
